Board of Directors

The Board of Directors collectively covers the most important leadership expertise and competencies in three areas: managerial, medical and scientific. The Board members are: prof. dr. René Medema, CSO (scientific), drs. Gita Gallé, COO/CFO (managerial, finance), prof. dr. Edward Nieuwenhuis, CMO (medical). Secretary to the Board of Directors is mr. Ton van Dooremalen.

Drs. Gita Gallé is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Princess Máxima Center for pediatric oncology.
René Medema
Prof. dr. René Medema is CSO of the Princess Máxima Center for pediatric oncology.
Edward Nieuwenhuis
Prof. dr. Edward Nieuwenhuis is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the Princess Máxima Center.
