Niels Franke

As a pediatric oncologist in the neuro-oncology department, I am responsible for the treatment of children with brain tumors, working closely with the neurologist and neurosurgeon. My expertise focuses especially on rare embryonal tumors, including atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (ATRT) and embryonal tumors with multilayered rosettes (ETMR).

I also represent neuro-oncology in the Shared Care Committee and I am actively involved in further developing the electronic patient record (HIX).
