About me
The care for children with a tumor in the central nervous system is provided by a broad multidisciplinary team within the neuro-oncology department. I am responsible for the daily leadership of this department. As a pediatric neurosurgeon, my work focuses mainly on the surgical treatment of these tumors, as part of the medical plan that is discussed and recorded for each patient in our national tumor board.
As a co-PI, I am actively involved in several research projects in the field of neuro-oncology within the research institute of the Princess Máxima Center.
