As a nurse specialist, I share responsibility with the pediatric oncologist for coordinating and ensuring continuity of care while children and parents are being treated with us.

My goal is to organize care as well as possible for both child and parents, so we can take away a small part of their worries and truly be there for them.

• 2014–2019: Nurse specialist training (2014–2016) completed and then working as a nurse specialist, Radboudumc, Nijmegen, in the pediatric oncology department. Completed a transmural project with the hospital and KinderThuisZorg, providing chemotherapy at home as a nurse specialist
