Wrap with Chicken and Cucumber

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas (25 cm ø)

  • 4 tablespoons sandwich spread

  • 66 grams cucumber, sliced lengthwise

  • 40 grams mixed lettuce

  • 150 grams smoked chicken slices

Instructions

  1. Place the four tortillas on a cutting board.

  2. Spread the sandwich spread evenly over the tortillas.

  3. Layer the cucumber slices on top, followed by the mixed lettuce.

  4. Finish with the smoked chicken slices.

  5. Fold the sides of each tortilla about 2 cm inward and roll them up tightly.

  6. Cut the wraps in half.

Tip: Add a fun skewer or pick to make the wraps extra festive.

Keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
