Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 140 grams pineapple in syrup

  • 250 ml orange juice

  • 150 grams whole milk quark

  • 100 ml coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.

  2. Remove the pineapple from the can and place it in the blender with the banana.

  3. Add the orange juice, quark, and coconut cream.

  4. Blend until smooth.

Tip: if the smoothie tastes too sour, you can add some of the syrup from the pineapple.

Tip: if you want to use fresh oranges, juice two oranges.

Storage advice
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
