Tomato and Mozzarella Skewers with Pesto

Ingredients
360 grams mozzarella balls
180 grams cherry tomatoes
Skewers
For the pesto
1 gram salt and pepper
10 grams basil
4 grams hazelnuts
15 grams Reypenaer or another aged cheese
1 gram garlic
20 grams sunflower oil
2 grams parsley
1 gram apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Drain the mozzarella and rinse the cherry tomatoes.
Thread two mozzarella balls and one tomato onto each skewer.
Cut the aged cheese into small cubes.
Place all ingredients for the pesto, except the oil, in a blender.
Blend briefly, then slowly add the oil while blending until smooth.
Serve the pesto alongside the skewers.
Storage advice: Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
