Ingredients
4 whole wheat wraps
80 grams basil pesto
3 tomatoes
80 grams grated mozzarella
120 grams chicken breast
1 tablespoon olive oil
40 grams arugula
Instructions
Slice the tomatoes.
Cut the chicken breast into pieces and cook in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
Spread each wrap with pesto.
Make a single cut from the edge of the wrap to the center.
On one quarter, place tomato slices.
On the next quarter, add the chicken pieces.
On the third quarter, add chopped arugula.
On the last quarter, sprinkle the mozzarella.
Fold the wrap in quarters, one section over the next.
Toast the folded wrap in a pan, grill, or oven until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Storage advice
Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
