Tapas Mix on a Skewer

Ingredients
150 grams cherry tomatoes
100 grams cornichons (small pickles)
250 grams young or mild cheese
Skewers
Instructions
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and rinse them under cold water.
Drain the cornichons.
Cut the cheese into large cubes.
Take a skewer and thread on a tomato first, then a piece of cornichon, and finally a cube of cheese.
Repeat once more on the same skewer.
Storage advice: Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
