Sweet and Fresh Quark with Raspberry and Banana

Ingredients

  • 500g full-fat quark

  • 150g frozen raspberries, thawed

  • 12 fresh raspberries

  • 1 large banana

  • 4 sprigs of mint

Instructions

  1. Stir the quark and thawed raspberries together until well mixed.

  2. Spoon the quark mixture into four bowls or into one large serving dish.

  3. Slice the banana into thin rounds and spread them over the quark mixture.

  4. Strip the lower leaves from the mint sprigs, leaving only the top leaves attached.

  5. Skewer 3 fresh raspberries onto each mint sprig. Repeat for the remaining sprigs.

  6. Lay the raspberry-mint sprigs on top of the bowls or use them to decorate the large serving dish.

Storage Advice: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.
