Strawberry yogurt swirl

Ingredients

  • 220 grams strawberries

  • 4 strawberries for decoration

  • 34 grams powdered sugar

  • 340 grams full-fat yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cut 140 grams of strawberries into small cubes.

  2. Puree the remaining strawberries with the powdered sugar using an immersion blender until smooth.

  3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into 4 glasses, followed by a layer of strawberry cubes.

  4. Add another layer of yogurt on top, then a spoonful of strawberry sauce.

  5. Repeat this sequence and finish with strawberry cubes on top.

  6. Insert a long spoon all the way to the bottom of the glass.

  7. Twist the spoon upwards to create the swirl effect.

  8. Finally, place a strawberry on the rim of each glass.
