Strawberry Yogurt Swirl

Ingredients

  • 220 grams strawberries

  • 4 strawberries for decoration

  • 34 grams powdered sugar

  • 340 grams full-fat quark (or Greek yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Cut 140 grams of strawberries into small cubes.

  2. Purée the remaining strawberries with the powdered sugar using a hand blender until smooth.

  3. Spoon a layer of quark into 4 glasses, followed by a layer of diced strawberries.

  4. Add another layer of quark and top with a spoonful of strawberry sauce.

  5. Repeat the layers and finish with diced strawberries on top.

  6. Insert a long spoon into the glass and gently twist it upward to create a swirl effect.

  7. Place one whole strawberry on the rim of each glass for decoration.
