Strawberry Yogurt Swirl

Ingredients
220 grams strawberries
4 strawberries for decoration
34 grams powdered sugar
340 grams full-fat quark (or Greek yogurt)
Instructions
Cut 140 grams of strawberries into small cubes.
Purée the remaining strawberries with the powdered sugar using a hand blender until smooth.
Spoon a layer of quark into 4 glasses, followed by a layer of diced strawberries.
Add another layer of quark and top with a spoonful of strawberry sauce.
Repeat the layers and finish with diced strawberries on top.
Insert a long spoon into the glass and gently twist it upward to create a swirl effect.
Place one whole strawberry on the rim of each glass for decoration.
