Ingredients

  • 75 grams strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • 105 ml orange juice

  • 100 grams whole milk quark

  • 40 ml unsweetened heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw first.

  2. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.

  3. Put the banana, strawberries, orange juice, and quark in a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Add the heavy cream last and blend briefly.

  5. Serve the smoothie in a glass.

Tip: if you want to use fresh oranges, juice two oranges.

Storage advice: Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
