Ingredients

  • 50 grams raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 18 grams granulated sugar

  • 190 grams whole milk quark

  • 58 ml whole milk

  • 58 ml unsweetened heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Put the raspberries and sugar in a blender.

  2. If using frozen raspberries, let them thaw first.

  3. Strain the blended raspberries so the seeds stay behind. You can discard the seeds.

  4. Put the quark in a bowl and add the raspberry sauce. Stir briefly.

  5. Add the milk and heavy cream and mix well.

  6. Serve the smoothie in a glass with a straw.

Optional: you can replace the raspberries with raspberry dessert sauce from a bottle. If you do, leave out the sugar.

Storage advice
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
