Raspberry smoothie

Ingredients
50 grams raspberries (fresh or frozen)
18 grams granulated sugar
190 grams whole milk quark
58 ml whole milk
58 ml unsweetened heavy cream
Instructions
Put the raspberries and sugar in a blender.
If using frozen raspberries, let them thaw first.
Strain the blended raspberries so the seeds stay behind. You can discard the seeds.
Put the quark in a bowl and add the raspberry sauce. Stir briefly.
Add the milk and heavy cream and mix well.
Serve the smoothie in a glass with a straw.
Optional: you can replace the raspberries with raspberry dessert sauce from a bottle. If you do, leave out the sugar.
Storage advice
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
