Quark with Mandarin and Blueberries

Ingredients
200 grams mango
1 tablespoon honey
300 grams full-fat quark
2 mandarins
200 grams blueberries
4 tablespoons muesli
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
Instructions
Peel the mandarins and cut the segments into thirds.
Purée the mango with the honey using a hand blender or in a blender.
Mix the mango purée with the quark.
Spoon the quark mixture into 2 bowls.
Garnish the quark by placing a row of mandarin pieces on the right side.
Add a row of blueberries next to the mandarins, followed by the coconut flakes.
Spoon the muesli on the other side of the bowl, leaving a stripe of visible quark in the middle.
Storage advice
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
