Quark with Mandarin and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 200 grams mango

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 300 grams full-fat quark

  • 2 mandarins

  • 200 grams blueberries

  • 4 tablespoons muesli

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Peel the mandarins and cut the segments into thirds.

  2. Purée the mango with the honey using a hand blender or in a blender.

  3. Mix the mango purée with the quark.

  4. Spoon the quark mixture into 2 bowls.

  5. Garnish the quark by placing a row of mandarin pieces on the right side.

  6. Add a row of blueberries next to the mandarins, followed by the coconut flakes.

  7. Spoon the muesli on the other side of the bowl, leaving a stripe of visible quark in the middle.

Storage advice

Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
