Ingredients
270 g ready-rolled puff pastry
75 g basil pesto
75 g sun-dried tomato pesto
100 g grated mild cheese
Long skewers
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and soak the skewers in water.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it lengthwise in half.
Spread one half with the basil pesto and the other half with the tomato pesto.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Cut both sheets into strips about 1.5 cm wide.
Turn a strip of dough on its side. Fold it back and forth in a zigzag shape, from narrow to wide, to form a little tree, and push a skewer through the middle.
Place the trees slightly apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake
for 15 minutes.
Let them cool, decorate with a few drops of green or red pesto if you like, and serve in a nice glass.
Storage tip: keeps for 2 days in the refrigerator
