Ingredients
450 grams puff pastry
2 eggs
10 grams fine sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
If you’re using frozen puff pastry, let it thaw.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the eggs with a fork.
Using a pastry brush, coat the puff pastry sheets with the beaten egg.
Sprinkle a little salt over the pastry.
Cut the pastry into strips, twist them into spirals, and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake the puff pastry twists for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Storage advice
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
