Overnight Oats with Chocolate and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 240 ml whole milk

  • 290 grams full-fat quark

  • 90 grams rolled oats

  • 80 grams unsalted mixed nuts

  • 60 grams chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Combine the milk, quark, and oats in a bowl.

  2. Mix well with a whisk and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  3. Stir occasionally so the oats can absorb the milk evenly.

  4. Roughly chop the nuts into smaller pieces.

  5. Spoon the oats into a bowl or glass and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.

  6. Use a cheese slicer to shave some chocolate over the oats.

Storage advice

Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
