Oatmeal with Apple and Nuts

Ingredients
160 grams rolled oats
300 grams full-fat yogurt
2 bananas
2 apples
25 grams almonds, chopped
25 grams Brazil nuts, chopped
1 tablespoon flaxseed
A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Slice the bananas and apples.
Divide the yogurt among four bowls.
Spoon the oats over the yogurt.
Arrange the banana and apple slices on top and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Garnish with the chopped almonds and Brazil nuts.
Finish with a sprinkle of flaxseed.
Tip: You can also make this into an overnight oats breakfast. Simply mix all the ingredients in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
Vegan tip: Use coconut or soy yogurt instead of dairy yogurt.
Storage advice
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
