Oatmeal Porridge with Apple and Orange

Ingredients

  • 800 ml (plant-based) milk

  • 140 grams rolled oats

  • 40 ml honey

  • 2 apples

  • 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and finely grate them. Grate the zest of the orange and set both aside.

  2. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan with the honey, then add the oats.

  3. Simmer the oatmeal gently for about 4 minutes, stirring regularly.

  4. Let it cool slightly, then stir in the grated apple and orange zest.

Storage advice

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
