  • 160 ml whole milk

  • 1 egg

  • 160 grams self-rising flour

  • 25 grams leek

  • 4 grams garlic

  • 45 grams feta cheese

  • 7 grams salt and pepper

  • 35 grams sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

  2. Mix the milk with the egg and self-rising flour until you have a smooth batter.

  3. Slice the leek into fine rings.

  4. Finely chop the garlic.

  5. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.

  6. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces.

  7. Add the leek, garlic, feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes to the batter.

  8. Fill the muffin cups up to three-quarters full.

  9. Bake the muffins in the oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes.
