Ingredients
160 ml whole milk
1 egg
160 grams self-rising flour
25 grams leek
4 grams garlic
45 grams feta cheese
7 grams salt and pepper
35 grams sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Mix the milk with the egg and self-rising flour until you have a smooth batter.
Slice the leek into fine rings.
Finely chop the garlic.
Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces.
Add the leek, garlic, feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes to the batter.
Fill the muffin cups up to three-quarters full.
Bake the muffins in the oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes.
