Ingredients

  • 390 ml fresh orange juice

  • 50 grams strawberries

  • 50 grams frozen mixed berries

  • 210 grams plain whole milk quark

  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except the mint in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.

Tip: for 390 ml fresh orange juice, you need about 8 oranges.

Storage advice: Serve immediately.
