Ingredients
390 ml fresh orange juice
50 grams strawberries
50 grams frozen mixed berries
210 grams plain whole milk quark
2 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions
Put all ingredients except the mint in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
Tip: for 390 ml fresh orange juice, you need about 8 oranges.
Storage advice: Serve immediately.
