Köfte with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
400 grams ground beef
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika powder
50 grams flat-leaf parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
150 grams Turkish yogurt
50 grams cucumber
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
Finely chop 20 grams of parsley and set the rest aside for garnish.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the garlic, chopped parsley, paprika powder, and cumin powder.
Shape the mixture into 8 elongated meatballs and insert a skewer into each one.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the köfte for about 10 minutes until done.
For the yogurt dip, mix the yogurt with the cucumber and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish the dish with the remaining parsley.
Tip: Serve with Turkish bread.
