Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread

  • 150 grams pineapple in syrup

  • 6 slices cheese

Instructions

  1. Place a slice of cheese on one slice of bread.

  2. Drain the pineapple and pat it dry.

  3. Place a pineapple ring on top of the cheese, then add another slice of cheese.

  4. Cover with a second slice of bread.

  5. Press the sandwich firmly and toast it in a sandwich maker for about 5 minutes, or in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Tip: You can also add a slice of ham for extra flavor.

Storage advice

Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
