Flammkuchen with Tuna

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, pressed
170 grams crème fraîche
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
300 grams flammkuchen dough
150 grams corn kernels
300 grams sun-dried tomatoes
270 grams tuna in water, drained
30 grams mild grated cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Mix the crème fraîche with the garlic and parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C for a fan oven).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the flammkuchen dough on it.
Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough.
Top with the tuna, sun-dried tomatoes, and corn.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Bake for 12 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve on a wooden board and cut into pieces.

Keep in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
