Flammkuchen with Tuna

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

  • 170 grams crème fraîche

  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

  • 300 grams flammkuchen dough

  • 150 grams corn kernels

  • 300 grams sun-dried tomatoes

  • 270 grams tuna in water, drained

  • 30 grams mild grated cheese

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the crème fraîche with the garlic and parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C for a fan oven).

  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the flammkuchen dough on it.

  4. Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough.

  5. Top with the tuna, sun-dried tomatoes, and corn.

  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

  7. Bake for 12 minutes until golden and crisp.

  8. Serve on a wooden board and cut into pieces.

Keep in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
