Ingredients
90 grams cherries in syrup
90 grams quark
15 grams granulated sugar
53 ml whole milk
55 ml unsweetened heavy cream
Instructions
Put the cherries, quark, sugar, and milk in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add the heavy cream last and blend briefly until the smoothie is well mixed.
Serve the smoothie in glasses.
Storage advice
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
