Ingredients

  • 90 grams cherries in syrup

  • 90 grams quark

  • 15 grams granulated sugar

  • 53 ml whole milk

  • 55 ml unsweetened heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Put the cherries, quark, sugar, and milk in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add the heavy cream last and blend briefly until the smoothie is well mixed.

  4. Serve the smoothie in glasses.

Storage advice
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
