Ingredients

  • 100 grams brownies

  • 215 ml sweetened condensed milk

  • 200 ml unsweetened heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the brownies into small pieces.

  2. Combine the condensed milk and heavy cream in a bowl.

  3. Whip the mixture with a mixer until it becomes thick and firm.

  4. Gently fold the brownie pieces into the whipped cream mixture.

  5. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.

  6. Pour the mixture into the tin.

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer.

  8. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

  9. Cut the frozen dessert into square pieces or scoop it into bowls to serve.

Tip: You can also bake your own brownies first for extra freshness.

Storage advice
Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
