Ingredients
100 grams brownies
215 ml sweetened condensed milk
200 ml unsweetened heavy cream
Instructions
Cut the brownies into small pieces.
Combine the condensed milk and heavy cream in a bowl.
Whip the mixture with a mixer until it becomes thick and firm.
Gently fold the brownie pieces into the whipped cream mixture.
Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the tin.
Cover with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Cut the frozen dessert into square pieces or scoop it into bowls to serve.
Tip: You can also bake your own brownies first for extra freshness.
Storage advice
Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
