Banana Toasted Sandwich

Ingredients
4 slices whole wheat bread
2 small bananas
6 slices cheese
4 slices ham
Instructions
Place a slice of cheese on one slice of bread.
Slice the bananas and arrange the slices on top of the cheese.
Add a slice of ham and then half a slice of cheese on top.
Cover with the second slice of bread.
Press the sandwich firmly and toast in a sandwich maker for 5 minutes, or in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, until golden and melted.
Tip: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the banana for a subtle spicy kick.
Storage advice
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
