Ingredients

  • 2 bananas

  • 200 ml whole milk quark

  • 150 ml coconut cream

  • 150 ml whole milk

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.

  2. Add the banana, milk, quark, and honey to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Add the coconut cream and lemon juice.

  5. Blend again briefly.

  6. Serve the smoothie in a glass and enjoy.
