24 grams plain cream cheese
24 grams blueberries

37 grams walnuts
16 grams cheddar cheese, diced into 0.5 x 0.5 cm cubes
103 grams arugula
2 tablespoons lemon oil

Instructions
Cut two slices from the watermelon and cut each slice into four quarters.
Spread each quarter with cream cheese, keeping the edges free.
Halve 12 grams of the almonds and chop the remaining almonds and walnuts.
Place five almond halves on each quarter, add the chopped walnuts, and divide the blueberries.
Add the cheddar cubes and garnish with 3 grams of arugula.
Place the quarters next to each other again to form a pizza and serve on a platter or wooden board.
Use the remaining arugula to make a small salad with lemon oil, pepper, salt, walnuts, and almonds. Serve alongside the watermelon pizza.
