Collaboration with WKZ & UMC Utrecht

The pediatric surgeons from the Máxima Center perform surgeries in the operating rooms of the WKZ. If you need surgery or intensive care, you will temporarily cross the colored connecting bridge to the WKZ. There, you will be treated by specialists from both hospitals. The pediatric intensive care unit is also located at the WKZ.

Radiation therapy takes place at the radiotherapy department of UMC Utrecht.

Some tests are also carried out at UMC Utrecht or the WKZ.
