Msc. Sofie van Broekhoven

Since graduating as a pediatric physical therapist in 2012, I have been working at Monné Care and Movement, where I practice my profession with great dedication. Over the years, I have further specialized in several areas within pediatric physical therapy, particularly orthopedic conditions, unexplained pain, and sensory processing challenges. This additional expertise has not only made my work more engaging, but also enables me to support children in a more focused and effective way.

What I value most in my work is collaborating with parents and children. I strongly believe in a shared approach, working together to find the best possible solution to the child’s needs. Finding the right approach is often tailored to the individual child, and I consider it important to take into account the wishes and needs of both the child and the parents. My goal is always to help children regain confidence and build on their strengths.
