KLIK now also for 30+

Recently, we have also started asking everyone aged 30 and older to complete questionnaires about quality of life before their LATER appointment.

The questions focus on how you are doing. Your answers will be discussed during the appointment at the clinic. This way, you can prepare well and think about what you consider important to discuss. Together with your healthcare provider, you will review whether there are any areas that need attention and what can be done about them.

We use the online KLIK PROM portal for this purpose. It has already been used by individuals up to the age of 30. Now, the entire LATER group (from 18 years old) participates. If you find it difficult to fill it out, you can, of course, ask someone for help.
